Built To Scale
A downloadable game for Windows
A platformer build in 4 days for GMTK GameJam 2024. The gimmick is that you are able to scale the character by X, Y, or both, affecting your stats such as move speed, jump height, fall speed, etc., which can lead to some pretty interesting platforming if I do say so myself. Not very long by any means.
Controls (Keyboard Only):
Wasd - Move
Space - Jump
Start - Scaling Menu (Once unlocked)
Oh yeah also the boss is only damaged if you are 2x2. Forgot to include it in-game, but consider it a puzzle or secret, that was definitely really intentional :/
Download
Install instructions
1) Download the zip file
2) Unzip it, using a variety of methods
3) Run the 'Built To Scale' Application file within the folder
4) Voila!
Note) Don't remove anything from the folder, or it may not run properly.
